Shipping Policy
- Rotary International Club Apparel by Creative Embroidery makes every effort to get your order prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of custom embroidery and personalized products, we cannot offer same day shipping. Please allow seven to ten business days for your order to be processed from the date your order was placed.
- Club Apparel by Creative Embroidery uses Canada Post as our shipper. They offer a selection of secure shipping options with a number of delivery speed and price options. For customers within British Columbia, a free pick up option is also available.
- We endeavour to keep adequate stock the items we sell. If we happen to be out of an item when you order it, it will take us up to two business days to receive new stock. We will notify you of the delay, by email.
- Once your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive the order within two to ten days, depending on the shipping method you select. You will receive a shipment tracking number via your registered email account, within 24 hours of shipping.
Returns Policy
- Defective apparel may be returned, shipping prepaid, within forty-five (45) days of order date, upon receipt of a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, for full credit of product and product taxes, where applicable. Personalized product with club logos may only be returned if defective. Selection of colors and sizes are the buyer's responsibility.
